Retitle it as “Training Mode”, remove tha Conquest Reward tae prevent it from bein’ used tae farm Conquest from easy win against tha “NPCs” and keep it tae serve as either a trial fer people lookin’ tae try out BGs or just as a fun diversion fer people tired or runnin’ Mythics an’ Raids.

The reward of 3 conquest for a 5~ minute match makes farming after the first day useless, let alone only doing it for the weekly…
As well as comp stomp giving AB rep, probably the best part of it, even more-so when rep gains are boosted…
I dunno, making it permanent with no reward seems like it’d make it less… Uhh… Engaging.

If Blizzard implemented your idea, they would likely also make honor point gains non-existent, as well as have no progression toward your Honor Level. In other words, you’d only be queueing for Comp Stomp just for ‘the fun of it’.
Pretty much…but his primary purpose for this request was for it to be made a permanent BG choice, rather than once every few months.

no thanks - I don’t want the rewards removed for whatever reason you think you need a ‘training’ mode in bgs for.
There is nothing in that that would be useful for training anyway that I can see.

I like Comp Stomp, but the bots should be a bit smarter with better AI, so if your team is super bad the bot team will win.

Yep.
Right? I mean, I haven’t been that unlucky yet, but one in particular was very close. I spent my time racing between the lumber mill, the farm, and then the mine to recapture them when the airheads I was grouped with left them unguarded, while never once capturing the stables. Fortunately, one of my fellows was smart enough to help me, or I think it would have been a loss.

Comp stomp is boring though
Just did 4 and honestly I got sooooo bored I stopped already 
It’s a mental struggle to even do it for “the first win of the day” bonus tbh. I threw in the towel already after alt #4, this place just has no replay value from an entertainment/fun perspective
If it weren’t for the “free” honor points and welfare winner’s box at the end, I’m guessing it would be deserted - because almost certainly no one is queuing this place “for fun”
Just put it on a monthly rotation like all the other events. Next one isn’t until Sept. Honor rewards are just another catch up mechanic anyways. If it were a permanent thing, then they would probably nerf the honor, conquest you would get from it also. Or maybe make it a weekend event once every month idk.
In addition to making it a permanent battleground option, the A.I.'s item levels should be doubled or tripled to make it more fun.
Should just make rated comp stomp and let people earn gladiator rewards
