I mean when we blind we Obviously swap to kill target so Blind break because of Singular focus talent. Either let blind remove Deathstalker mark or make Singular Focus choice node. This is many post about our hero talent break CC but Blizzard don’t care to fix that.

No, that would be terrible in m+ where blind is used as a spell cancel. Please do not do this.
I will say instead (as this sounds like a pvp change you would like) have it work differently in pvp/give a new pvp talent where it clears the mark but applies assassination mark on your next target hit by mutilate.

Just remove that Singular talent node. Or give us whatever talent to replace that then problem fix.
