Make Azeroth Great Again!

I just log in every day, do every WQ and then do a couple mythic dungeons in an attempt to have fun, but I just am not having fun aside from the art/music.

WoW needs the following:

removal of LFG and LFR
add raid tier sets
add relevant gems and enchants for more items
make professions more relevant with boe gear
remove warforging and titanforging
rework of talent trees
class design rework
less focus on WQs and rep grinding
mobs need to be slightly harder to kill
leveling needs to be addressed because it is a horrible experience
removal of portal hubs in sw and org so people can use other capital cities

There is too much to unpack in this thread. Let’s pick 2 or 3 you really feel passionate about and we can go from there.

100% optional. Don’t like them? Don’t do them.

We’ve reached the dark ages where man babies from games like CoD realized games like WoW were actually cool creating the era of E-Sports + activision.

I suggest merging the servers for a hard reset, then remove server merging where you can interact with other servers. Then if they want to keep LFR/LFG, it should be for that server only. But it only forms the group… You will have to run to the dungeon

I miss legendaries. I recently ran a Legion LFR and a legendary popped. It is still exciting.

Honestly, having BFA content with actual MMORPG mechanics does sound fun…

So you don’t like them, you want them removed? Why not just don’t do them if you don’t like them. Believe it or not, there are more people playing this game than just you.

I think you misunderstand, it’s not that I don’t like them, it’s how they have impacted the game. Let me explain…

LFG and LFR have removed a lot of social activity in wow, and even promote anti-social behaviors.

LFR has crippled raiding guilds because too many people do dumbed down LFR and don’t bother to actually raid with guild members and friends.

well no one cares for hard content anymore, but if LFR cripples your guild then you rethink how your guild structured and it end goals are

Oh boy here we go

Remove LFG/LFR

No.

It’s the way that many people see the raid and dungeon content in this game, without it alot of causal and time-crunched people will never see the inside of a dungeon or raid, and Blizz has less incentive to pump out high quality raids and dungeons, they have mentioned this in the past.

Bring back raid tier

Yes.

This is definetly gonna happen, next expansion. They have come out and said that Azerite armor is here to stay for the expansion.

More Gems and Enchants

Maybe.

More of each would be awesome, but I understand their reasoning to limit these somewhat as it causes people to have to stop what their doing every time they get a piece of gear so they can gem/enchant. I would rather have JC/EC be branched out to provide more QoL things to compensate, rather then adding more gem/enchant bloat.

Remove WF/TF

Maybe.

It’s a double edged sword, on one hand it makes nearly everything have the potential to give a upgrade of some kind, on the other it can potentially deincentivize doing higher end content. In my experience it being in the game hasn’t affected my gear progression, and I would rather have it be ingame so my guild still has a reason to run Heroic raids every week instead of forcing us to smash our heads into Mythic every week for upgrades while progressing.

Free advice, OP:
If you find yourself making a statement that goes “Make ___ great again,” go find a friend, someone you really trust, and ask them to punch you in the face.

There are some of us who don’t have a lot of social activity in wow, yet those same people want to see the raids. Guild raids are limited to a set schedule where LFR allows the person to raid when he/she is available.

As for LFG, I use the group finder for the harder WQs that are beyond what I can handle solo. Others use it a lot just so they can do the content.

As for LFR crippling raiding guilds, I really doubt that. People either want to raid with a guild or they don’t. If they don’t, they use LFR, if they do, well… they do. My guild started raiding this week, but the schedule is not for me, so I didn’t opt in.
