Make arms into a healing spec

Goodluck in your endeavors

Well you won’t need luck in yours, Blizzard will just give you a +5 luck talent if you cry hard enough.

ooooh please do I roll like trash. guess I’ll have to do with the LC’ed Shadowmourne.
You know cuz thats ret prio.

Go ahead and reroll, you’ll still play like trash

No more nonsense than your 51.7% average parse yet you act like you know other classes, let alone your own

I would have thought arms would be a ranged dps spec.

You said that in the other thread, you’re also on an alt so I’ll dismiss your opinion as cowardly and irrelevant.

buff fury wars

remove titans grip 10% damage reduction

or let whirlwind apply a full duration rend - add it to improved whirlwind in the fury tree

these wouldnt even make fury top dps, but increase dps by like 200

It’s always funny seeing fury, whom is still ahead of rets in DPS and always will be, asking for buffs because rets got brought up to almost as good as them.

Your rets must suck if they are losing to fury wars

the only fights fury war should be ahead of them is ignis or razorscale

everyone brings up the sims, nobody brings up parses

because the sims for warrior are broken bad - they assume 100% uptime on slam procs for GCDs when whirlwind and bloodthirst are on cooldown

if youre losing to a fury war - look up the one button macro for ret might improve your dps

Oh really?

You mean these parses that have fury ahead of rets overall in Ulduar?

If fury is losing to ret, they either need more gear, or more skill, or a combination of both.

It’s hilarious to me that people use parses from the best players and expect it will reflect the performance of average players.

I mean, if you go to all data it’s pretty much tied because rets deal more damage until the fury warrior gets Ulduar geared as we were ahead of them in Naxx gear levels.

Fury is just going to keep pulling ahead of Ret without Blizzard intervening.

That will probably be the case until people start equipping Shadowmourne. Then there will be quite a gulf between people who have it and people who don’t. A Ret who does will probably beat a Fury who doesn’t, for example.

DPS is one aspect of bringing the player along. Having a paladin with their utility and now basically equal dps to fury means that ret paladins are picked more often than not when all other things are equal.

You’re being ridiculous on your opinion of your overpowered class.

You still always bring at least one warrior to a raid for commanding shout

Yes, ret has some stackable utility, but it’s largely irrelevant due to holy/prot paladins being vastly more desirable specs that bring the same utility, and you don’t need more than 2 for the vast majority of content (and the stuff in the ret tree is brought by better DPS specs)

The utility advantage of rets is incredibly overblown, and rarely applicable in real group building situations.

Plus, fury still has a DPS advantage, that will continue to grow over time as they get better gear in the phases.

People said that about ret paladins too. If you didn’t have to wait, why should we?

You don’t have to wait to be higher DPS than ret. Just gear up this phase. Warriors also got the Ulduar ilvl buffs which were largely the reason rets needed a buff to catch up with them in the first place.

Also, warriors weren’t being excluded from the hardest boss kills, and had waaay better spec representation on those fights (like Algalon 25) than rets did.

Also warriors weren’t 10% under the lowest next viable PvE DPS spec…

There’s a lot of reasons why warriors don’t need a second buff this phase.

Well rets didn’t have to wait, why should I?

The iLvl buff isn’t exclusively a warrior buff as well…

You didn’t have to wait, your class was buffed relative to the pack before rets via the ilvl buff. It wasn’t warrior specific, but it benefitted warriors more than it did the other classes.

You are already capable of being ahead of rets this tier. No waiting required. Just get the right gear and play well.

It’s not like Rets got a buff to the top of the meters, we got a buff from below the bottom to the bottom. Warriors are asking to be buffed to mid to upper tiers before their gear pushes them even further ahead.

Several classes were buffed with the iLvl increase, including paladins.

Rets have more utility, that should be the end of this discussion in regards to their dps. Nevermind the fact they have S tier tank (with no competitor) and S tier heals.
