MAJOR Loremaster Progression Bug for Classic Quests From Welcome to Stormwind Tour Phase that breaks!

Looks like another person has the issue as well:

Cannot lock XP or access Stormwind Keep

No quests on log. I can see quest markers inside the stormwind keep that disappear when I actually go in though as they phase out. Besides that there is the dragonflight questline starter, I did it up to the point I Can teleport back to Stormwind and no luck.
