Even though I move right when Major domo jumps in cat form, I always seem to get hit and lose my buff. The only way I can solve this is to completely stop dpsing before he jumps and start spazzing out to see if he’s going to jump on me. Anyone have any tips? or do I just keep spazzing?
WeakAura/Other Addon that will let you know the second you are targeted with jump so you can run.
Depending on your class you should use a movement ability.
Its not a big deal if you get hit and lose your buff though, unless you’re going for a top parse. If you aren’t using boss mods then you’re probably going to get hit, its too fast to react to visually.

Unless your class has a movement ability, you will probably get hit by every leap, even with boss mods alerting you. This is normal and fine.
do the wall strat.
Be max range and use a mobility to avoid the damage.
Basically in general you have to be quick to avoid the damage and even a split second delay will screw you over.

If you start running when he’s at 99 energy you will be fine as long as you dont run into someone else getting lept
