Blizzard get off your butts and fix the bugs in your game! You have made it nearly impossible to do older content so we can do current content such as the 20th Anniversary content that involves going to older content zones! Because of these bugs you repeatedly refuse to acknowledge you make it where we cannot pick any of our toons to do even Anniversary stuff even the secret stuff especially if the toon is 70+!
Since pre-patch I have encountered time and time again bugs interfering with opening up Legion and Shadowlands! This has been highly frustrating since you refuse to acknowledge the issues! I know I am not the only one experiencing these problems! Even since 11.0.5 hit they have only gotten worse. I know it is not my addons causing the problems. The problems are still there even if they were all disabled!
Seeing stuff posted in these forums like you removed the Thread of Fate after Shadowlands was current content is a flatout lie! It was working before 11.0.5 hit live because I used it in 11.0.2! Now it don’t work and even yesterday taking my max level former Remix druid through the Shadowlands skip so I can use him to work towards doing the solving for the 20th Anniversary Secret mount, the Felcycle mount that is in the catacombs of Karazhan! He arrived in Oribos after the Maw skip and the freeze didn’t happen and there was no option to start any of Campaign or try to do Threads of Fate since the freezing didn’t happen because of this he cannot leave Oribos to get to other Shadowlands zones! I was forced to go back to Dornogal and use the timeways to get to Bastion to fly to Maldraxxus for the solved portion of the Felcycle!
Most of my frustration has been on this priest I am posting under since he cannot start the Class Hall. First he couldn’t get the starting quest from the mission board, then on Wowhead I found you can talk to Archivist Elysiana to do the quests so I did. Only to come up short opening the Class Hall. I have even tried partnering with someone several times to party sync with them to open it up and still fall short and even they could not start the Class Hall on their level 70+ toon I was synced up with them on. Even party sync for the Legion skip also fell short! These have been months of frustration.
At first, I thought it was an issue when the Remix toons were converted to the live game but it now appears that opening up Legion and even Shadowlands on any toon that had not opened it up before that is at least level 70 has problems opening them up! Either they cannot do the Threads of Fate or even start the SL campaign at all or with Legion cannot start the Class Hall which was an very important part of Legion.

Recently on a newer toon I noticed I can’t seem to get the Legion Dalaran hearthstone, can’t find any quest for it
And the “bartender” NPC that is supposed to give you a fresh one? The NPC dialog doesn’t show any such “I have misplaced my hearthstone, can I have another one” line option like before
Before TWW you could just fly to Legion Dalaran from Aszuna and get a fresh Legion Dalaran hearthstone from the NPC
The Legion and Garrison hearthstones are in your toy box now. They don’t take up bag space like they used to do. That NPC doesn’t show that dialog anymore because of that, you need one go to your toy box .
The thing is, I already tried that/clicked on the toybox one but it gave some sort of error message along the lines of “you can’t use that”
For context: the garrison HS is also a toy, but I was still required to build my garrison before I could use it on this recent alt… so it’s not true that you can simply open up your toybox and use the stones, there seem to be hidden strings attached

True, to use them you must open up that content on your character. So, to use the Garrison one you must open up Warlords of Draenor content. Same for the Dalaran hearthstone, now if the toon is low level like this Warrior you are posting on is you must go through Chromietime to unlock Legion to use the Dalaran Hearthstone the same would apply regarding WoD for the garrison. If the character is at least 70 the issues I posted about intially will pop up.
had it unlocked on my warlock to do the raids and I cant get to Argus anymore and I cant get to argus on any other character.
There is so much wrong with old Legion content I barely know where to begin. First, the hearthstone thing is real. I leveled all the Legion content, got the class hall, the mount, etc. for a Mage toon. After the latest xpac I was like “Hey, it would be cool to go back and do class hall for this new Druid alt I’ve got!” Boy what a hassle. I couldn’t use the Dalaran hearthstone, getting and error to the effect of “You can’t do that.” I couldn’t get a new one (because I already had one in the toy box) and so I had to activate the entire intro quest chain! With that out of the way I had to contend with the fact that, since I already finished the achievements for one toon, I had no way of tracking the achievements for the second toon! Way points get borked on some quests, campaign quests and all quests are all the same “!” icon (so you have no idea which is campaign or secondary or anything). I had to run dungeons multiple times because it wouldn’t register that I had gotten the hammer or the aegis (pillars). Since it only counts the achievement once for a single toon, why not just make it warband? OR make it unique to each toon so that it’s easier to see progress. I still don’t know when or really how to get the Druid class mount, online guides are all out of date or simply say “Just get the achievement!” Well I WOULD if I could even track it! So now it feels like some needless grind, way less fun than when I did it the first time with my first toon. I would really love to go back and enjoy Legion from the perspective of all the classes, gather up their cool class stuff but holy moly with all that’s borked out and janky it is almost as much fun as getting a nine inch spike hammered into your skull! Warband this stuff! Find a way to make it unique so it can be tracked. Fix the quest icons AT LEAST!! I feel like I’m taking crazy pills!
All you have to do to activate the dalaran hearthstone is complete the quest that grants the hearthstone toy. This quest is automatically given and flagged as completed if you skip the legion intro, all you have to do is turn it in. Takes like 1 minute to do as long as you’re not phased into the harbinger questline.
Everything else you seem to be bringing up is the lack of modern quality of life improvements to an expansion that came out almost a decade ago and not actual bugs.
