No idea why the servers wer taken down, would be nice to get more info from the developers on stuff like this… But yeah, we only pay to play the game, why inform us beforehand

Seems like emergency maintenance. Was playing normally then got the 15 min countdown. the didn’t have anything posted so that’s my assumption.

Just -really- sucks. Was in the middle of a H Amirdrassil, at Fyraak. Sigh.
Ya I am having the same issue. I literally was able to log in and then my screen went all black and so I reset my computer and now its saying theres no servers online.

From what I am hearing, they posted yesterday there would be a 1hr maintenance today. Why they did not have it posted on their banner today, I don’t know…

Funny how they constantly tell us about “BREAKING NEWS” of the Tuesday update happening right on schedule, as always, but no mention of this anywhere on a Wednesday…

Prior comment said that this hour of maintenance was announced… somewhere… and it was planned to happen since yesterday. Not overly concerned at the fact it had to happen; just predictably annoyed at the lack of effective communication.

There was a notice last night about Wednesday server restarts. How did nobody know this? I saw it around 9pm CDT last night (Tuesday).
