i wonder if the rest of the… unflattering threads will mysteriously vanish with this maintenance.
Hello, I’m not sure what you mean, but this message is simply stating that maintenance will occur on the software/hardware that host the forums. If you’re wondering if there’s a potential for data loss, I wouldn’t fret as Blizzard has some of the best developers and operations personnel in the world. I expect things to go just fine 
If it was my way I’d shut it down for 8 hours
If they wanted to do that they wouldn’t need a maintenance.
They haven’t been deleting threads the past few days.
So…l I know you’re doing a “post only positive things” bit and have been for awhile, but surely you’re aware that there’s a difference between coming across as positive and coming across as a shill, yeah?
Like I honestly can’t tell if you know, because I’m pretty sure you’re not legitimately blindly shilling.
Or are you just being supremely sarcastic all the time? That wasn’t my impression but maybe that’s more accurate.
(Note: just speaking generally here. I don’t expect that the maintenance has anything at all to do with the lawsuit)
Hello, I do not understand what you are asking me, but do note I fully support the hardworking Blizzard staff and have the utmost confidence to execute forum maintenance, as they have consistently done the same with in-game maintenance just fine. Thank you and have a blessed weekend!
Well.it did have an influx of threads in the past days.
A wee bit of paranoia is normal right now, as well as a healthy dose of skepticism that that would happen.
