It’s ok fan boy we understand, the poor AAA multibillion dollar company couldn’t do anything to forsee this, this was just a big oopsie and they are very sorry and it won’t happen again until the next big release. Poor blizzard they must be so hurt right now, I’m sure their ceo is crying while watching over their techs hard at work fixing unforseen problems. How is that funny? I don’t have the thought process that you have and assume people would spend money to then not play the game they were supposed to be able to play, payed money to play and yet were unable to do so to factors outside their control, but 100% in control of the powers that be.
