I thought I read that one or two people are from Stormrage, and likewise for myself. Is that the culprit?
Try this if you can - Close WoW, in the Launcher choose a different account + region (Create a starter account if you need to). Log in to that other Region (I logged in to EU), then switch back. Worked for me at least.

Same here. Except in addition to not connecting, all the servers say Incompatible.
Blizzard what did you break now??? Same issue for Earthen ring. Character Riebug horde blood eif hunter. 6:49 pm cst. All TS was done.
