Unable to login to the char selection screens with the above error
I was on Dreadmaul leveling my Pandaria leatherworking when all of the sudden I got disco’d. Tried everything under the sun as suggested by Tech Support but, alas, nothing worked and also checked here only to find out, it is definitely nothing on our end but on Blizzard’s end. So, I guess we’ll just have to be patient until they fix the issue.

been having this issue for almost an hour. Caelstrasza. I just did a fresh install of WOW and same issue.
I’m working up the tracert, msinfo32, dxdiag files for support now.
I was in a mythic instance. 7% left on the boss.
So Im wondering if it has anything to do with the PVP championships?
I’m in the US east coast on Verizon FIOS.
Sad thing is, this login issue has been going on now for like 1.6hrs. Hopefully they resolve this. I also have not seen anything about this topic and also i looked up the online status of all realms. they’re “All Green” I’m also hailing from east coast diff provider tho

Definitely a server issue, not a client issue.
seems like it’s better now, for the time being! 
Had the same issue over here. Followed all of the steps in the technical issues page and nothing was happening. I then tried my wifes PC and I was able to log into her characters no problem.
just got in. lets see what happens…

WoW worked yesterday, didn’t today. Nothing changed, no updates, no different programs installed, this computer is only used for WoW…all day can’t log in, how can this be resolved?

Restarted computer, checked that no anti-virus programs were blocking it. WoW Classic Logs in and is playable just fine. Only Shadowlands won’t log in. In case it helps, my character is on an Oceanic realm.
same, tried all the things, no luck. Other threads about this seems like other ppl affected.
Server issue? Strange that Classic WoW would allow log ins but no Shadowlands.
I was doing a dungeon, when I am suddenly kicked out of the game with the mssage “wow51900328”.
I am able to play Diablo 3 without any problems. I have also tried other online games like SF5 which are running.
The sequence goes “Connecting --> Retrieving Realm List --> Logging into game server --> wow51900328”
I was playing on Frostmourne (Oceanic server) when this happened.

Having the same issue, just happened today. I’ve tried every step that blizzard mentions but absolutely no help. Wish I could play the game for the last 3 days remaining but I guess that’s not gonna happen.
same thing happened to me on nagrand server about 20 mins ago- still cant log in , R.I.P gary the hamster

Just so everyone here knows there is another thread about this also. So there are several more of us than just in this thread.
