Yeah my friends list is gone too but good to know that this issues has been acknowledged by Blizzard and they are working on a fix.
In addition to this my Battle.net friends says 0, when I have usually at least 5 on at all times, and when I pull it up then I see them online.
yup mine still broken too…

After downloading an update tonight (3-28-24), I was surprised and happy to see my in-game Friends’ list! Thank you!
