Any ideas on timeframe? Would be super cool to join the rest of my guild leveling. Held the door for this? smh

Truly, it wouldn’t be a WoW launch without world servers collapsing under the strain of every player in the world trying to connect at once.
Azgalor and Argent Dawn, both kerplonk. Attempt to login fails with “World Server Down” for both realms regardless of what world instance the character is in (Bastion, Pandaria, Maldraxxus…)
If you’re already in, you probably can’t change zones (or anything that requires a loading screen). If you’re not in, you’re not getting in.

Area 52 down… stop trying to do a world wide launch at the same time if you cant handle it … just stop and space out the launches

Same problem here.
If I take the zeppelin, after a long map travel screen, I end up back in Ogrimmar away from zeppelin tower, and get the message “Transfer aborted: instance not found”.
If I try the portal, I get a long loading screen and end up back at the zeppelin tower with the same message.

How does this happen everytime. Just spin up some servers to prep for a launch, this should be a standard by now.

Loading screen 90% then world server is down for about 10 minutes multiple tries…
