Same here stuck at retrieving realm list
Seems like itâs region based, I set a VPN down to dallas TX and logged RIGHT in but Iâm usually up in the Midwest. Blizzard might be having issues with datacenters communicating with each other right now ⌠idk.

Bliz donât deserve a penny if this is how they manage their servers 
I mean ⌠do you know how to manage high availability data centers? Not easy and pays VERY VERY well.
Guess I picked the wrong day to return to retail after like a decade⌠Bought The War Within, got my toon boosted, ready to start collecting transmogs but Iâve spent half the day staring at loading screens and I canât seem to log in and stay connected. bummer.

I was able to get in, but I had to use my VPN and set my location to NY (Live in Cali). Once I did that I had no issues connecting so it appears to be certain areaâs I guess.
This may be an unpopular opinion but I think they need to bring everything down and fix whatever the issues are as they are only going to have more people trying to log in as we head into the evening, which likely is going to cause more issues and frustration.

Still having issues logging in as right now. Retrieving Doom Hammer slow including alts. Constantly quitting and retrying is getting to be complete BS. You keep on doing maintenance and you finally broke it, congrats!
Any time when this will be fixed? Just bought the expansion and would like to play it.

This could potentially be an issue related to one or more of the new cross-server features. My guess would be the AH, but who knows?
This games great, come back after 8 years⌠get stuck at realm list for 30mins, get past only for the game to get stuck in an infinite loading loop. Thanks Blizz for wasting my time.
Got in again much quicker turn around to get us back in this time at least. Not sure if it will last though.
What is strange i have had no lag its just an instant disconncect before it starts.
I donât know if this was coincidence but after minutes of rebooting without success, logging out and back in let me enter the game. Thanks!!!
literally just got in minutes ago, had to restart bc my game resolution was funky, then when logging back in immediately back to having the issue again

How about not using us as guinea pigs. How about not sticking your fingers in where nothing is broken. How about not breaking COMPLETELY UNRELATED SYSTEMS when âfixingâ the one unbroken thing you went in to âfixâ.
Early access was smooth. Launch was smooth. Only after fake maintenance is everything now completely broken.

Launch week should be not pretending there are suddenly gamebreaking problems when there werenât. Early Access was SMOOTH. Nothing was broken. Now look at what they did.

It would be excusable if it were down for maintenance. But they decided it would be funny to end maintenance so we can now try in vain to play the game we pay money for.
Having similar issues but also all but one of my toons can access the warband bank now too.
