Thank you for the post. The game was unplayable for me.
I fell asleep smelting 4000 thorium ores into bars in the old silithus, then when I woke up and updated my client, moving my mouse without pressing any buttons causes the camera to pan while moving my character with wasd/rebound strafe.
I tried logging out and in, this is still the case.
I tried changing camera settings from never follow to always follow, confirming, then changing it back, confirming, and nothing has changed.
I tried closing the client and opening it again, and again, while my character is moving, my mouse pans the camera even though my left mouse button is not down.
I waited 30 minutes before posting this, closing the client and opening it again, and again, while my character is moving, my camera pans with my mouse even though my left mouse is not pressed.
Please help!
This only occurs while my character is moving, while it is not moving I can pan fine, it only pans while my left mouse is down. But when I move it treats it though it’s down, it’s very uncomfortable.
And no, changing rawMouseEnable only fixes it for a bit then it reverts back to original behavior, its weird.

Hello, my mouse is super funky as of the update today. it is moving on its own sometimes, and randomly slows down. It doesn’t let me adjust its speed from the mouse button like it usually does…
it feels like different speed / sens settings every time i window back into the game.
what is going on?

Hi,
I’ve run into an issue since the reset that my mouse movement will pan the camera around while I am running. It used to only do it when I held down LMB, but now it is all the time. Is there an option or hotkey to turn this off? If so, I can’t seem to find it.

Happening for me as well.
I’d like to reinforce that this bug has also began happening to me since this new patch released. As long as you’re holding a movement button, moving your mouse while unclicked has been panning the character.

i having the same problem. off all addons still same. check nver adjust camera option also
Can confirm like the others. Thought for some reason a new weird camera command was added that was also bound to num-lock.
Hopefully this can get fixed real quick.
Same thing is also happening to me. Has anybody tried disabling addons to see if it fixes it?
hi i found the bug is the Cvar " RawMouseEnable" set 0 to fixed it, i forget why i set it to “1”

Because raw input is significantly better. Yeah, also discovered it was raw input.
/console rawMouseEnable 0

I can confirm this fixed it for me. I had set it to 1 before because my mouse kept on snapping to the center of my screen.

happening to me too. not only does it appear the right mouse button action isn’t registering quick enough, using WASD movement causes the camera to move with the mouse.
appears hardware cursor/mouse option is gone as well.

I tried this, it seemed like it fixed it for a short bit, and it continued back to bugged after a bit of testing. Its super weird.
Happened here as well. The /console rawMouseEnable 0 fixed it.

I think the setting goes back to normal after you reload or relog.
Try getting advancedinterfaceoptions addon, it has CVar browser and Enforce setting on startup.
You might have changed this settings long time ago and somehow make raw input enabled the “default”, and when you disable it, it return to default when you reload or relog.
