Ticket created on the Shaw internal tracker. ETA 24-48 hours.
- made them aware that VPN helps
- told them where the issue is happening
- told them that the issue has happened before
I just called and the tech I spoke to said there is an entire group chat going on in regards to this issue and that they have a few people all looking into it
Shaw here, in western Canada too. It seems to be a really WoW specific issue for them because I was able to log on and play GW2 just fine, and my internet is working fine in all other respects.
Nope Azhara server is the same, same error code as you have just continously disconnect trying to log in on Americas server.
Just be sure its not a Rogers cell phone as it has same routing issue:)

Okay, so rogers essentially concluded (at least to me) that the fault is not on their end, its up to blizzard to fix. Hearthstone still launches, so it seems to be a WoW specific issue. But since we cant connect to blizzard support, i guess we’re hoping that they actually watch the forums to see this issue.
Might be worth more people contacting rogers/shaw to get the ball rolling

Same thing happened to me playing classic. Got disconnected 30 minutes ago and haven’t been able to log in since. In fact, this is the second time since yesterday’s maintenance.
I got in using a VPN lol/
