Same i was 10% away from finishing my last bountiful gilded run

With Shaw also having the same issue.

Phone support is telling me that someone might have blocked blizzard :slight_smile:

In Canada with Shaw and also have the same issue.

Agent was not letting me esculate to a supervisor so I said look I can tell the thousands of people not on WoW right now to call in and make your day really busy!

Can confirm Canada West Coast w/ Shaw, still having issues. VPN does however fix the issue, atleast for the time being

also in Canada with shaw internet, same issue.

Just use a VPN for now until shaw gets their crap together, express vpn is working fine for me atm.

Ok I got a support person on the phone who is actually looking at it and believes me. Perhaps this will be fixed after all

Ya that points to a routing issue for sure.

The more of us that call Shaw, the more likely this gets fixed quickly :slight_smile:

Yes. I originally went to Shaw, however, and they told me to go to Rogers.

This has been absolutely typical since Shaw was absorbed.

Basic support really does make me laugh.
“Did you try to restart your browser?”
“Did you reset your router?”
“Are you sure your computer is connected to the internet?”

i am SHAW BC…i can’t log into Dreamscythe, i could log onto other realms…not the one i want

In Canada as well, bleeding hollow is down.

I’m in Kelowna and on shaw - can’t log in

Also in Edmonton. Might be fun to do a meet up if the air is breathable come summer.

Supervisor is not who you want them to escalate it to. Have them contact tier2 support to look into it.
