TRANSFER ABORTED: INSTANCE NOT FOUND just started up for me again this morning at 5 am Hawaii time. It did clear up from nine days ago just just started up all over again.

Thanks for starting up a new thread! I’m getting this reopened on our end and
taking a look into this further. The test so far look a bit different from the last time. It looks like there’s might be some configuration issues closer to the home network.
Is anyone still seeing issues? Please include a new WinMTR test. Run this test until the problem occurs for 10 to 15 minutes. Copy and paste the text file created and paste it between two ~~~ like so:

Been a while since server maintenance, anyone else still having issues?
Yes. Still having issues. Just as posted earlier, issue was cleared up and returned. I have Hawaiian Telcom as ISP.
If I use my cell hotspot, I don’t get connection issue or transfer aborted in-game, but latency is terrible lol.
I see the problem is back again! Getting kinda irritating already
I am having the same issues as well. I even try to use the “looking glass” tool but it freezes at 83%. This has been going on for the last few weeks.
From hawaii.
OCE and US servers all produce the same issue.
After closing the game a few times, it allows connection.
If there is packet loss, what do we tell hawaiian telcom to look for? What should we do to fix this? ALSO Singapore is having the same issues… so maybe it’s not a “home network issue”.
Please advise.
