So are we going to get a credit for our subscription or we just get to waste our money being scammed by these clowns?

Why do I feel like this will be one of these “working on a hotfix” for weeks, like they had with the launcher a few months back.

I have zero confidence this gets fixed quickly, and by quickly, I mean the next few days. Let alone by next reset.

New blue post on known issues in 10.0.5. No mention of Mac users :frowning:

I am having the same problem, game crashes every single time i try to load it since the patch. I can play Classic but not Dragonflight
Hoping this won’t be an issue every other patch. It can be quite annoying not knowing a timeframe of how long to expect this to be an issue

Ran game scan, reset game settings, installed clean new Bnet and WoW. Still not working after hot fix. I am sorry people treat front line workers like poop. I appreciate the hard work.

Lack of communication is the major problem here. No mention of anything on official company twitter even adressing the issue. No blue post for over 12 hours

Literally just having transparency with your user base would show us that you actually are aware or care.

im not sorry, they have 1 job
don’t release patches if they aren’t tested
pretty simple. If i kept screwing up my job id be fired
this isn’t new to them, they have had this same issue happen several times last year and they have yet to learn from it.

Windows user getting constant crashes too. This is BS.

Honestly how hard is it to put out a public post with any information about progress over the last 12 hours? Unless theres truly been zero progress

I’m on a 2015 iMac I believe and I have dual boot with Mac os and windows 10 (two separate partitions, I’m NOT running a virtual machine) and it crashes on both operating systems so it looks like it’s at the hardware level and not at an os level

This is on Blizzard’s end. Nothing we can do on our computers will correct this issue. I’ve ran WoW scan & repair three times, never finds aynything to fix. I’ve ran windows sfc /scannow multiple times, nothing found to fix. Restarted my PC and this crash continues. Come on, Blizz!?

This is so effing ridiculous. No update in 12 hours, are they gonna refund us our game time for however long this takes?

Just a weird coincidence with the timing of the server shutdown/NetEase issue in China, right? That’s a big loss in subs and revenue

Can we confirm that having a Mac with at least an M1 chip in it will allow us to “play” the game?

I can confirm that after updating my OS from Big Sur to Ventura ( i have the Intel processor that does not have the issue w memory leak) it does now work perfectly. no crashing as of 5 mins in, and game seems to be stable

I hooked an M1 MacBook Air to a TV via an HDMI dongle and it worked fine. But my main desktop Intel iMac is my WoW system and WoW is still crashing today. And it is on Ventura 13.1.

I’m not buying a new comp just so I can play a game that doest give a $#%! about their player base

Cya Blizz, not falling for it again.
