I made a class trial mage because I heard some stuff was changed about the trial scenario.
It won’t boost the character for the trial, it’s stuck on processing. I can’t delete the character because I accidentally sent him mail.
I don’t know whether to put this in the Tech Support or Customer Support forums.
I’m having the same issue and I can’t log onto any of my trials
Having the same problem. Can’t seem to submit a ticket about it through the provided link on blizzard’s help article either.

Same here as well - can’t play with a class trial character I had previous to the pre-patch as well as any new ones.
Same, and they hid the option to submit a ticket apparently so you just get to wait for this ridiculous problem to be fixed
Still on-going this is getting annoying
It’s beyond annoying, at this point. This seems like a fix that should’ve occurred by now, as it’s a fairly large blunder.
I have one trial character and the button is greyed out and won’t let me play. The other trial character is stick at processing for two days now and won’t let me login as well.
Same issue here, every time I try to create a class trial character it just stays stuck at Processing… forever.
I have the same issue. I had several trial characters hanging around prior to the pre-patch; not one of them is accessible since the pre-patch.
It’s very annoying, because I need to try out several race-class combos. before deciding if I’m going to do anymore race changes. I refuse to pay Blizz-Activision’s full price for a race-change, since even the sale price is outrageous for a pay-to-play game. So if this problem doesn’t get fixed long before the sale is up, Blizz-Activision, I suspect, will lose out on quite a bit of moolah–as I’m sure I’m not the only person who will refuse to pay the FULL outrageous price.
When I create a new character under class trial it doesn’t work, it keep saying “Will be ready in a few minutes” but it’s been a few days now.
Also i cannot log into my class trial accounts before i had the patch.
Any suggestions? Please help me.
Hey there,
Our Quality Assurance team is aware of and investigating this issue. It should be safe to delete the stuck characters as when the fix rolls out it’s unlikely that they will be leveled post facto. We recommend re-creating the class trial characters after the bug is resolved.
Currently no ETA for a fix but I’m hopeful it won’t be long! Since the fix will roll out through a game update no further action is needed.
