Same when I try to log into existing char the bar stops and I get character not found error.

Hey Mushrooms,

All the characters are still there but the servers are having issues loading them, so once this is fixed you will have them back.

Same here been DC’d for almost 2hrs now. No active reports or acknowledgement from Blizz. Application loads the realm page but doesn’t show any characters. When I select my realm, it gets stuck on the “Retrieving character list”. Thought it was on my end at first. Deleted “cache” and “WTF” folder, checked for driver updates (Invidia), and finally un-installed/ re-installed and nothing. Now it’s just a waiting game I guess.

What about just being able to connect to the realm those characters are on? Do we have any idea what is causing that? DDOS? Or is that a reflexed problem that is also causing the no characters found issue?

Hey everyone,

At this time I don’t have any additional information beyond we are working on getting it fixed. Thankfully they have not needed any additional information from anyone.

Please continue to try ever so often, if I get any new information or hints it’s recovering I’ll make sure to post.

Seconded - exact same scenario here.

All OCE down but I can make a new char on US servers.
