my Toons are not showing on my Realm and when i login into the realm my toons are there but i get Character not found.

I’m based in Australia. I can’t see or login to characters on US servers either, but those servers are showing as online.

Same here. Server status also says all off line, can someone from Blizz explain and let us know when servers will be back on line. Thx.
I’m seeing this for characters that have even a connection to the Oceanic Realms – I’m in a cross-realm guild based on the Australian realm Caelestrasz, but my character resides on U.S. server Shadow Council. “Character not found”
I’ in the US and play oceanic and us and can’t get to a character list But my EU accounts are active what did Microsoft break THIS time? And of course no blue post at this time
At this point in time, all the Oceanic servers are up…except Arugal and REmulos, the only two I where I have characters.
I am US based, if that is relevant.
Same here. In Australia but play on US servers. Have the ‘Character not found’ message.
Yep its been down for just over a hour now.
when this is out side of maintaince or even when we get extra maintaince we should get time given to us for this mess!!

Anyone managed to find any updates on the current outage? Just looking for a timeframe, even a rough one would be nice.

I’ve gotten an investigation open for this issue. If we need any additional information I’ll post in this thread. No ETA at this time but please keep trying.
EDIT: Just wanted to let everyone know that we are also seeing issues with LFG and Guilds, these are likely symptoms of the server issues, but i have reported those up as well.

Oceanic servers all still showing offline at this time.
I’ve never ranted on here in the 20 years I’ve played (or paid) this game. this morning was meant to be the most time i was able to play this game in the last 2 years due to a busy life, time is almost up and have not been able to play, PAID service on a 20yo version of the game btw, feeling quite annoyed

YEp, all Oceanic down for me as well. Can’t even go to another character on another realm either. Keeps cycling back to the Oceanic realm.

I’m having the same issue. Stuck on retrieving realm but occasionally can make it to retrieving character but it gets stuck.
I guess Blizzard didn’t want me to do that Mythic 40
