After around 5 hours of waiting for the launcher to reinstall, I finally got the launcher working. Sadly the task manager ‘work around’ did not work for me so I had reinstall. I hope it works for other people though!

We are still investigating this error. Some users are reporting being able to login after restarting the PC or similar, so be sure to try that if you haven’t yet. Though if it’s still not working after that hang tight! Our engineers are on the case!

Company is becoming one of the most useless and unproductive gaming companies out there.

The constant high server ms after 8.3 and now this.

So many hurdles to just logon and play the damn game anymore.

Fix your sh$t.

Yep same issue here, thought it was my windows 10 update, but apparently not!

Restarted PC and it worked. Give it a try if you haven’t and GL!

At one location this morning, Launcher would not wake up and “account was not found” via exe.

A hour-ish later, tried at another location. Same problem.
I restarted the Launcher a few time then it got through.
Upon hitting “play”, the game would not launch and I would just keep hitting play.
After about 3 times, the game finally launched.

Just now, same location as the first, Launcher would not wake up. Restarted, it “awoke”.
Game started on first try.

Problem still isn’t fixed.

In addition I can only logon for a little bit before I automatically get disconnected and the problem starts all over again…

Zoning has issues to right now.

Instance not found etc. Just horrible.

Reinstalling the Battle.net app seems to have fixed the issue for me.

So I reported my problem with the launcher 10 hours ago, and I come on this morning and it is still broken.

Are you seriously telling me that a multi billion dollar company cannot fix something like this after 10 hours?

We actually resolved the issues logging on and setting up the app a few hours ago. If you’re still having issues, please restart your computer. If you continue having problems after that, you’ll want to start your own thread.
