Main Thread - Blizzard Agent went to sleep

My launcher has stopped working. I can log in but I immediatly get the message “Blizzard Agent went to sleep. Attempting to wake him up…”

I tried clearing my internet history and rebooting my PC. I still get the message.
Is the next step a launcher reinstall? How do I proceed to do that in a safe manner?

Thank you.

just use the game executable from the wow folder, it bypasses the launcher

make sure you are clicking the game executable not the launcher executable from the wow folder.

Reboot no effect, no new drivers installed however there was a MS security patch
KB4537572 and 4551762 but Both of those were installed and PC rebooted yesterday and games loaded and played fine.
