Since the 10.2 update, my screen displays a white box roughly 2x2 inches on the left side of the screen periodically. I don’t run an overlay, so it’s not the GeForce Reflex Flash overlay issue that others have seen in the past, and no specific movement or action in the game appears to trigger the box. Switching to DX11 seemed to fix the white box issue so I’m fairly sure it has something to do with 10.2 and DX12 (performance under DX11 is much worse, however). Just wanted to see if anyone else had this issue, thanks!

Yup, game opens up to a white screen then crashes on AMD.

Can confirm changing to Directx 11 fixes the issue (in graphics settings) but reduces performance

I’m also getting it. White box on the left hand side of screen. I’ve tried turning the Nvidia reflex off(disable) but it is still showing up.
The question is, is this a Blizzard problem or a Nvidia problem.

Had the same issue also starting about a day or 2 ago. From searching all I found were old posts referring to the geforce reflex flash thing as well, which I didn’t think should matter since I don’t use the geforce application or any sort of overlay.
My machine already had the geforce experience application installed by default, but I’ve never used it before so I had to create a new account on it, go to the drivers tab, and let it download the newest version. The actual installation of the new drivers did not work and running the thing with admin privileges didn’t fix it either. So I went online to download whatever the newest version of geforce experience was, installed it, went back to the drivers tab and tried to install the drivers again.
That last attempt seems to have done the trick because I’ve been playing for a couple of hours now and have not seen that box again. For reference, my installed drivers were apparently about 2 years old.

I’m getting this box as well, even after disabling all addons. The more I do in game the more it pops up, it only goes away if I’m not doing anything (and am unable to screenshot it because of how quick it is). Switching off DirectX 12 to directX11 seems to do the trick (for now)

I updated to the newest driver (10/2023) for NVIDIA 2060 and the white box stopped.

I too, am having a strange white box flashing on the left side of the screen. Though I was losing the plot. Glad to see I am not going crazy alone.

Getting the same errors and have read the same old posts about the reflex latency overlay. I reinstalled Nvidia experience, grabbed the latest drivers, and made sure low latency mode was disabled both in game and in the Nvidia software. Still get the box, but less frequently. Glad to know it is widespread enough that it will need to get addressed.

Second time was the charm- I reinstalled the drivers and the problem disappeared.
When I press play for the game on the launcher, all i get is a white screen.
I am running a Ryzen 5800X and a radeon 7900 xtx, windows 11 Home, all drivers are up to date
