Same, Reported ingame but also posting here. First 2 steps of the quest complete with no issues. 3rd step “First Ascended’s Prison investigated” does not trigger correctly. Some times the RP starts, but doesn’t seem to complete and the quest credit is not given, other times the RP does not start. The last line I’m seeing in the RP is “Y’Tekhi says: It’s an added bit of intrigue, that’s for sure. Who’s keeping it bound, and why?”
I have attempted reloads in and outside the building (no change), relogs outside the building cause the RP to play if it didn’t initially (no additional progress made, and abandoning quest and trying again.
I did complete the partnered quest Lab Access, no difference if that quest wasn’t turned in or not.

Same as above. Campaign first two cut-scenes missing dialog and now this…Not a good look for eager players.

Same for me. Wasn’t completing for anyone i was around as well. Tried with war mode on still didn’t work

Had planned on opening Earthen, tonight. Pretty disappointing for both me and my son. Tried all the work-arounds and nothing seems to get this quest to progress past the third step.

Can’t complete for me either, RP starts but the quest doesn’t progress.

Same thing happened to me too. Abandoned quest, disabled addons, restarted computer. Did the quest all over again, dialog happens but quest doesn’t complete. Stood exactly where the wowhead video showed and nothing.

Same for me as well, I get the dialogue but can’t finish the quest. Tried relogging, dropping quest and redoing etc. to no avail.

Same thing here abandoning doesnt help. reloading and relogging doesnt help.

Anyone else notice in the room the area carpet things under the tables randomly disappear at certain camera angles

I did. I thought it was like something hidden and used Spectral Sight to see if anything was hidden. No luck.
