Same problems as everyone else, it is not working
Also here to report quest is not working. Tried all the work arounds.

Same issue. Tried everything. A number of us are sitting at the location with the same issue.
Same here, just hit this room, about 20 of us standing around with a bugged quest
It’s not working for me either. I tried relogging. I tried dropping and restarting the quest. Several other players are having the same problem.
EDIT: Tried removing all addons and relaunching the client to no avail. Opened a ticket.
It’s working now!
I just got the prompt for First Ascended’s Prison investigated and was able to hand in the quest.

Still bugged for me, what did you do to get it to count?
Honestly, i was just flying around doing side quests when i thought i might as well try flying in again to the campaign quest for the 16th time.
Been trying to relog and restart the RP part of the quest but still not getting any credit for the quest 
EDIT: Logged out for an hour or two, came back and the RP part played again and finally got credited for the quest.
I was reluctant to try but thank you, it worked for me just now too. I had done the same, given up and went off to do other things, but thought I’d try once more! Yay!!

For me there was no other player there.
I’m not sure if that made the difference or not.

They have employees literally all over the world? Still no blue post.
This game should be free.

I logged in right next to the mob and it worked this morning. Spent last night logging in and out and nothing, so maybe it required a full disconnect?
