Main concern with Pelagos, as a trans individual

exactly my issue

I don’t think that was their intent at all but I can definitely see the issue. Now, I’m going to try and logic out why they may have went that route if you don’t mind.

It’s just… Historically we didn’t have any way for folks to really make the transition. You could cross dress but that’s about where it ended.

Luckily now-a-days we have the technology to be able to help folks transition so that they can be happy.

Maybe they didn’t have a way for him to transition on his homeworld?

I think Bastion having its denizens forget, to the point of ignorance, is actually a great idea. They can’t learn anything from their lives on Azeroth because they obsessively erase everything. It’s a weakness as much as it is a strength.

I completely agree

I guess the simplest way to say my issue with their character is, that because they were willing to let go of everything about themselves in life apart from being trans, it comes across to me as being trans was the most important part about their life.
And i feel trans people deserve better representation than saying that.

I find it the opposite, actually.
It’s the biggest things that the Kyrian forget.

I might buy that if they didnt say they refuse to forget and won’t let themselves

Because people need to be taught what is acceptable and what is right. If you have children you need to teach them about trans too just in case they feel like they need to transition.

Good news is Joe Biden promises to let children up to age 8 transition with hormones therapy if needed. Bless that man!

You know, i often think “we don’t need the electoral college; the internet exists so people can always be educated on the candidates and issues”. Then I read garbage like this lol

my children will be homeschooled and taught correctly that this is a mental disorder.

Praying for them x

Well that’s not really what he said. Presidents don’t decide when or if someone can transition. I had to look up what was really said.

Thanks! Tbh its my 12 year old self’s fantasy to have my elf look like this.

The only thing I like about this is that it fully admits that for this ideology to work, literal magic and the existence of souls have to be real.

They kinda played themselves.

I mean… Not really. So.

Yeaaaah…kind of a little bit, though. Which is funny.

No. There’s literally no correlation to the way one character transitioned to the necessary components of being trans.

There definitely is, though.

It’s like haha okay, try it in real life. Souls don’t exist. There’s no Shadowlands, there’s no Bastion there’s nothing else but highly expensive and only marginally effective surgery and wearing “gendered” clothing (put in quotes because there’s no such thing as gender or gendered clothing).

It only actually makes sense and is realistically possible in a world like WoW.

Okay so tell me how a character’s transition in a fantasy game lays the groundwork of the necessary components of being transgender. That you have to do all of these things you outlined in order to be transgender or transitioned. Unless you’re just trying to continue to impose your arbitrary standards that are clearly borne out of ignorance on scientific consensus. No, I’ve never seen that before…

I may have said I dont like this specific character but I am still totally trans rights and stuff.

If it works for them it works for them.

Im glad to have the inclusion in the game.
Even if I think it was poorly done.
