sent a package to a friend and they still have not got it yet, over 30 minutes ago and no I have not misspelled it or sent it to someone else
In-game mail takes about an hour. If you’re in the same guild it will be instant.

Okay, you didn’t mention that in your original post. You may need to open a ticket to find out where the mail went.
