Was wondering if there is a limit on gold you can send to one of your other toons. Have a toon im going to delete and want to mail the money to a diff toon or toons depending on how much you can send.
Nope. The only gold limit is when transfering server.

Always send a heirloom with your gold to your alt so it can never be messed up.

He means if you attach a heirloom (or any BoA) there’s no way you can send it to the wrong person.

Pretty sure the only thing that stops you from directly moving money within your server is if the two characters in question are different faction. Then for some asinine reason you still need a friend to third party. They really need to let us buy our own auctions, we are even taxed by the ah as it were.
Auction House used to be faction locked and to transfer any money at all between , you had to go to a goblin neutral AH.
But yeah to transfer between faction on the same server right now you’ll have to pay the AH tax. Just put a single peacebloom for an absurd price. If anyone but you buys it… well you made a ton of cash.
The other way would be to faction change a throwaway character. So pick your poison.
