The mailboxes arent working it said i have mail so i went to the mailbox and it was empty, reloaded the mail showed up and i couldnt get the gold out, tryed again now its saying i dont have any mail, everyone is reporting simiallir situations in trade chat

I’m having mail trouble on Windrunner US, but only on a single character. The character is unable to send mail at all. Received mail (i.e. auction house) is very slow to appear and sometimes requires reloading to retrieve. Issues persist without addons.
Some other actions are also very delayed, including logging out and casting spells.
Same issue here that started around the same time as OP. I also noticed that after I open the mailbox to try and get the mail that is suppose to be there (but isn’t) my loading screens start to delay. As in I try to mage port somewhere after closing my “empty” mailbox and the loading screen doesn’t appear for a good minute. Then after a minute the loading screen appears and i go off to another place and things seem mostly ok? Until I open the mailbox again.
edit It’s also only this character of mine that is having this issue. Its also the only character that has auction house mail. My other characters can pull things out of the mailbox.

Same issue. Have mail icon on mini map-open mailbox-no mail. Turn off add-ons-still no mail. Leave mailbox open-mail eventually shows up. Click the open mail button and now i’m waiting for each item to open while getting an internal mail database error or item not found error. Takes about 30+ seconds per mail message to open.
My mail box is also not working. Server Silvermoon. As I sit here typing this and have clicked “Open all items” I will get one item in my inventory about every 45 seconds. With over 100 items this will take a while. Not cool.
Same on Hydraxis.
Same as all the above; US-Mok’Natal. Mailbox appears empty, reload or wait and AH mail shows up, opening fails or is delayed. Everything seems to lag (especially teleport, log out, load screens) after touching the mailbox.
Same here. on Mug’Thol. Not all characters are affected. Have tried all the troubleshooting steps since yesterday. Nothing has worked.
I’m having the same issue. I figured out that if i sit there looking at an open but empty mailbox for a few minutes it will populate with my mail. Then if i click open all or w/e and wait another min or 2 it will give me my mail. super annoying though, def scared me the 1st time it happened yesterday.
that work around seems to be super inconsistent. works on certain toons, but not others.
Yep. Very bad lag opening mail. Varies based on the toon, even with the same mods installed, or no mods at all. I’ve been waiting on the same AH purchase for more than 2 minutes now to open.

Now i’ve been trying to mail herbs to an alt and have been staring at the same mail with the send button grayed out after i sent it for 3 minutes. Kind of curious to see how long this takes.
I’m having the same issue. It’s impossible to send mail, with or without items, from affected toons.
Edit: I tried to send a single mail for 20 minutes before accidentally closing it.
My mail looks to be back to normal working condition now.
