Mailbox says I have mails but no mails in Mailbox?

Hi All,

I just bought (buyout) 2 mounts from AH 5 minutes ago and the map icon says I have mails, but when I checked the mailbox it was empty.

Has anyone experienced it before?

It could be an interface issue. You could try the following to see if the mail appears.

  1. Type /reload and enter
  2. Try disabling all add-ons
  3. Reset the interface (https://us.battle.net/support/en/article/7549)
