No that cant be done by her u have to do it your self.

We can’t do active auctions - or disband guilds or teams, Arcaneonly. You’ll need to log in for those

If it’s NPC mail, yes - name/realm.
If it is more than just NPC mail, they’ll want to have in a ticket being very specific that anything can be deleted - cause it’s permanent. I wouldn’t feel right just deleting other types of mail without the player’s own request

Posting on behalf of a friend without a US char. His mailbox was cleared once before, but he had active auctions that have since expired and wasn’t able to transfer.
Thought that name looked familiar. Done - but if he has more active, those we can’t do
