Hi, currently speaking with a friend with the same issue, but is unable to create a reply on the forums. The character name is Nissi - Benediction, happy to provide proof, can message the character/person in game as well, no active auctions. Would like a mailbox purge.

Hello Blizz, I am trying to transfer my character to Eranikus and cannot because I have mail pending. The que is 500min for Faerlina. Could I request that ALL mail is deleted from my character so that I can transfer.

Would you please purge “Liianna” on Benne please, would like to move one playable char. Would also be nice if you opened up transfers to a US-EAST server from Benn instead of all US-WEST

Hi, could I also join the list of people to have the mail cleared? My rogue has a froststeel box that says there is an internal error that is preventing me from getting the item out, returning it or deleting it. I would like to transfer with the rest of my characters, but can’t until this clears up. Please help.
