They can’t help, the realm is locked - nothing Orlyia can help with.
Keep an eye out at the main EU thread for EU realms and post your feedback there!

If a realm has closed to transfers, I’m afraid the only help for it is to wait till it reopens.
The whole purpose behind the locks and transfers is to try to balance things out so there aren’t queues. That’s why a realm can be locked at any time - allowing more players onto it will just transfer the issue from one realm…to another.
Hopefully these locked realms will open soon.

I am trying to transfer from Mograine to another server but I am getting the Error about Unopened Mail which I don’t have. On the EU forums I was directed to make a level 10 Character and post here in the US forums and request to “purge” my in-game mailbox.
