Mail Restoration Bugged in TBC Classic

been trying to use the mail retrieval system through your online support site for mistakenly deleted mail on my TBC Classic Paladin Sassidy and every time I get 1/2 through the process I get an error page saying something went wrong try again later.

Please help…please restore my mail. thanks in advance

First thing that I’d suggest would be a different browser altogether. So if you’re using Chrome, try Firefox or MS Edge etc.
