NOT showing up in main login screen for some characters. I was sure i must have mail on other characters, and sure enough I did.

Just tested this as I’d not actually noticed, mail icon is working for my characters on the log in screen.
same might be a visual bug op is having
last week or 2 ago i had no icon on character screen and log in i had mail
For me it’s the other way round. I get notifications on characters that have no mail.
For me, it works if I receive mail for characters that are in the same realm as the last character I played.
For example: in realm xyz I have characters aaa, bbb and ccc, in realm zyx I have characters ddd, eee and fff. While playing in realm xyz, I see notifications for characters aaa, bbb and ccc, but not for characters ddd, eee and fff.
Are they on a different realm from the one you’re currently logged in to? That’s my guess as to what’s causing thus.
