Mail message retrieval system

Is the mail message retrieval system gone? I spent almost 2 weeks without connecting to a health treatment and I saw that lost everything…
I entered the link that informs the possibility of recovering deleted mail but when you enter the link you are sent to the recovery system for sold or deleted items…
can anybody help me?
