The mail icon is there by the mini map, but there’s nothing there when I check. This is happening on 2 toons so far. I’m kind of annoyed because I Just paid for 3 faction change items and I can’t use them because it’s showing I have mail even though I don’t. Anyone else experiencing this?

Same here. It’s been this way since the patch dropped. It only seems to affect one of my characters. I’ve also noticed that the mail indicator no longer shows up on my character select screen, so maybe these two issues are related somehow?
