Killed Bazual world boss (12/27/2022) in Waking Shores and I am stuck with the Magma Eruption debuff that he puts on players. Cannot purge/cleanse it, re-log has not helped, exiting game and staying out of game for 5 minutes has also not helped. I am not taking damage from it like the tooltip indicates, but the visual effect is still present on my screen.

For clarification, this is on my Dracthyr - Fortisaax. Not this “Arlie” character (different realm)
Bumping because also having this problem. Did similar troubleshooting and nothing is working.

Hey so I found a fix. You need to go back and fight the world boss but stand in the magma dot on the floor till you die then release.

Same issue on my Death Knight - Zelegith
Same issue here. Debuff, Flames on screen, no damage is being taken. Cannot remove by logging or reloading.
I also had it and dealt with it for several hours. I found a fix though, just need to die. I jumped off a large cliff and the burning noise and fire is gone
