Magister's Boots - Where do they drop?!

Hi all, I can’t find a definitive answer on where the mage tier 0 boots drop. It’s either postmaster or Hearthsinger in Stratholme.

It seems that back in OG vanilla they swapped from Postmaster to Hearthsinger at some point. Wowhead says that they both drop it and atlasloot says they come from Postmaster still. Does anyone have any definitive intel on the loot tables post-P5 release? Thanks!

prior to phase 5, they dropped from Postmaster. Now they drop from Hearthsinger.
