Magic Mouse Moving

Hi guys, I use the Magic Mouse for playing WoW and had to download BetterTouchTool in order to enable moving with the mouse, as otherwise WoW would not identify the middle click.

However, everytime I now press the input command (2 fingers as middle click), my character starts moving forward and has a slight 1 sec delay for before being able to move sideways and respond to the mouse’s movements. Is there a way to solve it? Is it because of BetterTouchTool? It is weird though, because forward movement is instant. The delay occurs on moving in other directions.

The reason you’ve moving forward and have a conflict is because two fingers is usually associated with left click + right click, which is the default means of moving forward using only mouse buttons. Because your middle click is two fingers, it mimics the built in LMB+RMB combo, and thus conflicts.

When using a Magic Mouse you’re going to have to make tradeoffs. I suggest just getting a real gaming mouse and using that. No tradeoffs and a lot more flexibility.
