Can Horde still farm Large Rope nets and Magic dust in Westfall?
Magic dust, yes.
Large rope nets, apparently no. I killed several dozen of the mobs that drop it without getting one, and looking at old comments, it looks to have been removed before patch 1.12.

i opened a ticket and a gm says they still drop but idk ive killed a lot of them and no luck does anyone know if the net ropes even drop???
Net ropes do not drop. They were removed during vanilla. Ill see if I can find a source.
Edit: not a great source but Wowhead comments over here indicate removal durin 1.7
With that said, it was just removed from Darkshore and westfall…but those were the only 2 locations it dropped sooooo.
Magic dust yes. Dust devils in westfall.
I was also curious tot the Large rope net as it was used as a very powerful PvP Item. After reading the above comments its safe to say it has been removed?
