Every year goes by and this broom disappears from my inventory…It’s so sad.
Make this permanent. Either as a castable mount (I know the “instant mount” may be unfair) OR as only useable during Hallow’s End, but at least let us get it in the mount book.

100% agreed with you here! I would love it if the broom mount we can loot during Hallow’s End became permanent. I like flying around on it each time this event is active each year!
Don’t know why it hasn’t become permanent yet from over the years, But I bet you a lot of players would be thrilled to fly around on brooms throughout the year! 
It very well might be my favorite mount in the game. The flying animation is fantastic.
I think it’s ok to have some flavors be temporary. Seasonality makes people use it more often during the events.
