And how prolific are these, and why would anyone have to “Google it” to know that, and why isn’t it a toy or some other toggle that’s obvious?
Clearly, this needs to be something Blizz needs to do better on, and this thread shows that.
Edit: I know what a Neural Silencer is, and how you get them. They aren’t clear on what they do, they are sold by players for (in my mind) a stupid amount of gold, and they only last for 12 hours, meaning you need to remember to re-up them.
