So can we earn the new transmog sets in any spec?
Do we need to complete all specs on a class to unlock the set,
Example - destro, affliction and demo for lock? or can we do only 1 spec?
I was wondering how druids work, would seem wierd to unlock bear form in say feral challange.
The gear mogs can be earned by completing any spec challenge on that class. The bear form requires completion of the guardian challenge.

They get an armor set, same as everyone else.

Ah good to know. 
Essentially the way it works is that you just have to make and play one of each class as its not like before to where the appearances were spec specific. However if you just want the mount then you can just do it on a druid, hunter and in my case a paladin, as all three of these cover each challenge spec wise.
For me I’m going to pass on the sets, their just another re-tint of the tier 6 sets which to me are just ugly overall. Along with being lazy design to simply re-tint a re-tint, they could of gone with the antorus sets or the nighthold sets as they are unique to the legion expansion. Yet I understand the logic of tomb coming out when the tower did, and so they chose the tomb sets.
The only one I’m doing is the bear one, I earned the skins back in legion and so I would like to add the fel variant to my collection.

You only have to complete the challenge once on each class. What spec you are determines the challenge you face, but, you don’t have to say, do the challenge 3 times on a warlock to unlock the new set, just once on whichever spec you choose.
yes, that would be odd, especially since the feral one was far easier in that all you really had to do is learn the mechanics.
bear/ any tank had to deal with the most troll ability, % reduction of max hp meaning your ability to tank at range was dependent on not playing like a tank at all in phase 1. 
Any Druid who is not or does not Guardian likely was created for Convoke in SL. They don’t need it.

I dont use third party sites that much or read forum that often i was thinking druids only had the bear mog.
