Hi friends.
I’m trying to unlock a Tint for my Holy Priest Artifact Weapon. I have the base form on this Priest already. The one I’m trying to Unlock requires 10 RBG wins.
However, after doing the 10 RBGs on my now Horde main Priest, I haven’t unlocked the appearance. Do I need to specifically do the unlocks on this Priest, the one who earned the base form? Thanks.

Yes, you need to unlock tints using the character that unlocked the Mage Tower appearance.
Edit: Last I checked, anyway. If there’s been a change in that regard, that’s news to me.

Yep on the one who unlocked it.
Do not delete that character.
Also need to actually use the artifact I think still which would make it more challenging.
Don’t think this is required anymore, just to be on the character that originally earned the base tint.
I did the Kil’Jaiden kill that unlocked the tint for me after a relog while using a BfA weapon with a different transmog than any of the artifact appearances.
This Priest also has MoP CM Portals, and was my first character made, so def do not plan to delete this guy. 
No, you don’t have to. I’ve unlocked a few additional mage tower tints after Legion and I didn’t need the artifact equipped.
Good to know I ran outa time crunching the mage tower across 12 toons to do heroic raid unlock. Just need skin mog then?
