make the mage tower a bi yearly event that lasts 2 weeks only so people can earn the appearances

As someone who earned all 36 mage tower apperances, no.
There is literally NO way for Blizzard to actually balance them without significant work. The better alternative is to create a similar solo-style challenge with cosmetic rewards. People were warned for over a year that the appearances were going away.
If they were to allow this they would open the pandora’s box of limited-time rewards. You bet I would whine about wanting to get the MOP challenge mode rewards. However, it’s better to keep them as they were ALWAYS advertised: only available for a limited time.

Which clearly means the idea that removing them preserves prestige is wrong so there’s no reason to to bring them back.
Blizz has yet to reopen Ordos area on Timeless Isle and how many years has that been?
To reopen the mage tower before Ordos would be unfair to the people who wanted Ordos which have been waiting much longer.
The mage tower rewards are gone, so let it go.

Didn’t they open up the Ordos area to everyone a long time ago? I could be wrong but I thought they changed it
Limited time stuff should be just that limited time, I don’t think any of that stuff even the things I missed should return ever. You either get it when it was current/relevant content as far as I’m concerned, you snooze you lose.
You can only access if you’re on a two person mount and the person controlling the mount has the MoP legendary.
The game is 16 years old.
Some players weren’t even walking when the stuff they missed was taken away.

I dont have any of them, on any character, simply because I was not
playing then. Not going and getting them, or just not playing then,
was the players choice (for the most part). If they missed out,
thats on them. No, the mage tower rewards should not return.

I physically did not have a computer that was capable of running wow for most of Legion.
Please do explain how that was my choice and I should be punished for it.
But MT will be absolutely a joke with Corruption gear duh

midway through shadowlands, a 2 week mage tower event. and then the next mage tower in the middle of expansion after
ok, if you do that, then bring back mop challenge armors, wod weapons, every mount/item who was received since the beginning of the game, every elite pvp set, all removed titles etc

What do u think server data is. They did it for WoW classic. So your point here is false.
They just need to block access to people who doesnt wear gear From Legion and use data from Legion to get same talent and everything
Or, we can do the proper thing and stop trying to bring back something which is retired. Blizzard advertised it as time sensitive, thus it is time sensitive. The fact we go through this conversation so many times because people can’t let go is ridiculous.
