Even the ptr video used a strategy that no longer works. Weave of warped fate was used to drop stacks, doubling the enrage timer / halving the dps check. You can’t do that anymore.
This is something that is scientifically provable. If you can find proof that it is beatable with Korthia or M+ gear, shadowlands enchants, shadowlands pots, shadowlands food, without using any toy items or consumables other than shadowlands healing pots battle pots and drums, then you can say that.
I’ve pulled the boss for roughly 20 hours. Even if you do the mechanics perfectly, without BFA pots (which scale incorrectly, therefore I’d qualify as an exploit) you will lose. It simply is not mathematically possible. It is not. It isn’t.
Exactly my point. I want to see full shadowlands gear to do the guardian tower. No cheese no BS.
Mechanics > gear.

Do you know anyone that’s done guardian in full shadowlands gear?
All guides on YouTube and wowhead states to farm old expansion gear that don’t scale properly to exploit the scaling system.
Thanks there is no good reason to do what you have asked.
That would make it easier to tune on a spec by spec basis too. One spec underperforming compared to the others? Tweak their gear.

i don’t. but then, i only know one person who mains guardian and i don’t think he has even attempted it yet. so i’m not a great representative
